Today I saw a beam of light in the meat section of our grocery store.
It was a fluorescent beam that shone on the most glorious chicken-product:
Tyson chicken nuggets breast meat.
I quickly grabbed a box, read it over, and thought to myself, "This would be a great lunch for Lauren."

When we got home from the grocery store, (which I will talk about in a minute,) I put a few nuggets in the oven, waited 12 minutes (flipping them over at 6 minutes,) and pulled out the most yummy chicken nugget lunch that Lauren actually ATE. Lunch at our house is hard because neither of us are sandwich people, and she is in a picky stage right now. But, I found these nuggets, ate a few myself, Lauren polished off 6 (with corn and carrots on the side,) and lunch at the Swayze house will never be the same... well, until the I can find the next delicious lunch item.
Oh, and if you ask me why the breast meat chicken nuggets... well, I am a white-chicken meat kind of girl, none of the gray meat please, so I like Lauren to eat the same thing. Call me a chicken meat snob.

Okay, onto the next find of my day... HEB Plus on Blanco. Now, let me preface this by saying that Mark and I actually lived a few blocks from one in Waco, BUT, I did not realize how beautiful this grocery store was until today.
I was going to head to Central Market about 35 minutes away to get some yummy granola and already-prepared meats- yes, I am that lazy and will drive however far to get it- BUT, I wanted to try this HEB Plus out, and it was foggy out. I started in the produce section, and headed to the aisles, when, this is after the beam of light mind you, I turn a corner and see GRANOLA. Not just boxes of granola either, but the rows of granola that Central Market has that you can pour yourself. YUMMY! I know this will make Mark happy, so I buy four bags of granola, all different flavors, and finish my grocery shopping.

Thank you HEB Plus! The chicken was fantastic, and the granola is oh-so-yummy!
