the sick edition

Stomach viruses, double ear infections, and the crud have hit our family within the past week.
Thankfully, we are almost over it all!

In the meantime, we have been quite busy. I started working part-time again, teaching 4 year olds at a day care in the afternoons. I work from 1-6pm every days, and although I LOVE the class and the school, I have 9 more weeks left!! Mark and I have decided for me to quit before Christmas because I am not really getting paid much and to put Lauren in 2 days a week takes a chunk out of the already small paycheck. But, it will help with Christmas money, so I am persevering! It is hard work being a working mom! I look up to all working moms, past and present and future!

We also bought a new bed! YAY! Mark and I have been wanting a king-size for almost a year now, and we finally found one for a great price at the outlets. We didn't factor in how much bedding would cost, but it didn't come out to bad.
