today...

... is a beautiful day, and I am stuck inside because of allergies. No complaints though. Lauren is sleeping, and I have some time to catch up on some things around the house.

Last weekend, we went to Dallas for our friend Staci's wedding. It was beautiful, fun, and Mark and I got to see some friends from a few years back. We drove back to San Antonio that same night, and on our way, stopped by Common Grounds in Waco (one of THE BEST coffee shops, EVER) and hung out with the fabulous Wren's for about 15 minutes.

This past week has been a little more quiet due to Lauren and I both battling allergies. But, no fever and no fussiness, so I cannot complain really.

On Thursday night, Lauren busted her lip on her "bathroom basket," but she is healing great, and once she started chewing on ice, she was a trooper.

This is her lip today... much, much better.

Lauren loves to "kiss the baby."
