I have a new love of gardening and flowers!
Mark and I have started working out in our "small garden," and we cannot wait to finish up the front yard, so that we can work on our backyard.
The backyard is a little more of a challenge due to our dogs, but we will find something that works for us.
Oh, and I was tagged, so I guess I you need to learn 7 things about me. Thanks Katy!
1. My senior year of high school, I was the school mascot. AND, at cheerleading camp, I was nominated as an All-American Mascot with the National Cheerleading Association. AND, I made it!
2. Mark is musical and I am not, at all. Everyone assumes I sing with him, but I don't. Can't carry a tune in a bucket.
3. I am from a family of 5 children, and I am the very middle. Two older sisters, 1 younger sister, and 1 younger brother. AND, I do not want 5 children of my own.
4. When I was younger, I was a HUGE tomboy, AND, to make it worse, my mom and sister used to cut my hair, so there were times that I even looked like a boy... ughhh... I will NEVER cut Lauren's hair myself.
5. If I could do anything, ANYTHING, in the world, it would be to work with orphans in Africa. That is the fire in my heart, but I am waiting patiently for God's timing.
6. If I could hang out with anyone, it would be with Mark and Lauren. I have no GREAT need to always be around people and hang out. I get my fill at church and Bible Study, and I love just laughing and talking and walking with my little family.
7. Oh. I just realized that Katy put 7 current facts. Hmmm.. I can make my last one current... Let me see....
My favorite thing to do in San Antonio is go to our Zoo on days that are beautiful, bring a picnic lunch, ride the train, and then go the the Japanese Tea Gardens. BEAUTIFUL! And, fun family time!
Now, I tag people to complete this. Since my list of friends is so short, I tag Meredith, Sarah, and Amanda.
