the newness...

... of when my precious LoLo took her FIRST steps yesterday!

And of course, it was during the 4th quarter of the SuperBowl at the Amini house!

PERFECTION! She hasn't taken any more yet, but we are prepared now, with the digital and video cameras. Ha! Just perfect!

I was thinking of being "made new with God's love." My attitude about my faith with God, the struggles that I have, have only made me realize that my God is loving and never gives up on me. He still sees me as washed and clean, even though I do not deserve this. I want my life to reflect a heart that has been saved and redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb.

So, I leave this to my thoughts and prayers as the Lenton season is almost upon us, and pray for a renewal in my spirit. I want to lay down all of my past- hurts, sufferings, misgivings, lies, gossips- and start anew. Be made a new creation, one that will leave a legacy of God's love for my family.
